Law Firm. Patent Associate. Preparation & prosecution of patents, opinions, litigation support. Minimum BS Computer Science or Computer Engineering or possibly other engineering, MS preferred. Prior software engineering experience would be a plus. Must have a strong computer science background. Specific expertise pertaining to internet, e-commerce, cloud computing, networking, data transmission and conversion standards and protocols, operating systems, software graphics, and enterprise level databases is all valued. Patent Bar, WA Bar or willing to sit for 2nd bar. Minimum 1 year solid claim drafting and prosecution experience required.
